1. On-site deposit escalation

A US$300 deposit must be paid at the exhibition venue; this deposit can be increased to US$800, provided that the amount is applied toward the payment for INOLP products within 60 days; should the deposit not be utilized by the deadline, the increased amount will become invalid, and only the original deposit will be refunded.

2. Time-bound deposit – Over-application

Please pay a US$500 deposit in person; if the order is placed within 90 days, a US$2,000 credit may be applied toward the total payment; this credit does not include additional charges such as shipping or installation fees.

3. Order Amount Threshold Discount

Customers who reach a cooperation agreement during the Brazil exhibition (September 16–18,2026; or during the South Africa exhibition (September 23–25,2026)) and place an order totaling US$15,000 or more will be eligible for a direct discount of 5% off the total order value; this discount will take effect automatically once the order confirmation amount meets the specified threshold.

4. Deposit for Exclusive Agency Rights

A US$5,000 deposit payable on-site entitles the applicant to secure an exclusive distribution rights for INOLP products within their city; the order must be placed for US$50,000 within 90 days; upon fulfillment of these conditions, the distribution rights shall take effect and remain valid for one year; should the requirements not be met, the deposit shall be refunded or applied toward a portion of the purchase price.
